Welcome to Implement!
The aim of Implement is to support small and medium-sized companies in recognizing health overloads and sustainably promoting the health and satisfaction of employees using digital prevention services.
Introduction to ImplementIntroduction to Implement
The following checks will give you a first impression of your personal situation – your workplace and your mental health. After completing the checks, you will receive recommendations on which trainings on the Implement platform would be useful for you.
The checks are only available in German!
Take a look at your current working conditions!
This check is aimed at employees and managers who would like guidance on which areas of their workplace are already well designed and where there is room for improvement, and where Implement trainings can provide suggestions for improvement.
How is your mental health?
The health check gives you a first orientation of which symptoms you have and how severe they are in just a few minutes.
Implement will recommend trainings that can help you reduce these symptoms or strengthen your mental health.
If you would like to get a practical impression of the Implement trainings, please take a look directly at the following demo versions of the trainings. Registration is not necessary for this. Your input will not be saved.
Stress
In “Stress”, you will train how to solve influenceable problems effectively, how to accept problems that cannot be influenced and how to integrate activities into your everyday life from which you can draw new strength.
Principles of Healthy Work
In “Principles of Healthy Work”, you will gain an understanding of the causes of stress at work, understand how working conditions affect health and learn how to reduce stress.
Discover Implement
The following sample persons illustrate typical challenges in companies and outline ways in which the Implement platform can support you in overcoming these challenges. These sample persons will follow you through the Implement trainings.
Han (32), engineer
„I would like to have a good night’s sleep again and face my daily challenges full of energy and optimism.“
Han is an engineer. She came to Germany to study and then stayed here. She often feels lonely in her position, feels a lack of appreciation and a lot of resistance from her subordinates. She doesn’t have much spare time and often feels stressed. She has difficulties sleeping and feels exhausted.
Michael (34), engineer
„How can I sufficiently consider the needs of my employees and still meet high performance standards with the team?“
In fulfilling his leadership role, he takes the time to do things that bothered him as an employee with his supervisor differently. This includes the lack of conflict management, but also the fact that information was not passed on sufficiently. Generally, he enjoys his work and particularly likes to immerse himself into new projects.
Nadja (38), accountant
„Lack of recognition and difficult colleagues… these are my main problems“.
Her daily work is characterized by many small extra tasks, which result from the high fluctuation rate in her team. The relationship with her colleagues also suffers greatly from this high turnover. She has the feeling that her performance is not valued by her supervisors.
Jorge (32), warehouse manager
„I would like to cope better with my work-related challenges and get to know people with whom I can enjoy my free time.“
Jorge is a warehouse manager. He moved to Germany for work and he misses his family and friends. Sometimes he feels very alone. Jorge doesn’t find any time for leisure activities. He is a perfectionist and delegating tasks is difficult for him. He also feels extermely responsible for others.
Ekaterina (42), nurse
„The workload has increased so much that I hardly have time to complete my tasks with care. This makes it difficult for me to switch off in my free time.“
Ekaterina works as a nurse in a hospital. She is married and has two kids – Oliver and Sophie. In recent years, her shifts at the hospital got longer and are more demanding. She is exhausted and overworked and has problems to keep the balance between family and work.
Thao (24), hotel manager
„I like my job, but in 5 years I don’t want to have to be behind the 24-hour front desk.“
For Thao, the contact with people was a major motivation for her job choice. But she can also really immerse herself into organizational tasks, such as organizing meetings and conferences or assigning shifts for the reception desk. She would like to take on more responsibility and lead a team. To put herself forward for this task, she often assumes additional tasks, which comes at the expense of her free time and recovery.
