Changing the user name is not possible.

You can change the e-mail address associated with your account on your profile page.

You can change the password for your account on your profile page.

Click on “Lost your password?” on the login page and enter your user name or e-mail address in the input form. You will receive an e-mail in which you can reset your password for your account.

The e-mail to set or change the password may appear in the spam folder of your e-mail program. First check whether the e-mail is in this folder.

Yes, you can use the plattform with your mobile device.

However, we recommend using a tablet PC rather than a smartphone, as interventions require intensive engagement with the content and the content largely consists of text, images and videos. Although these are generally easy to view on a smartphone, a slightly larger device is likely to provide a better user experience.
